Sydney Metro Martin Place - Macquarie Group - Masterplanning, Retail Strategy including Leasing mix and Place visioning, Retail concept design of a major transport integrated development in Sydney CBD - Macquarie Bank Capital.

Melrose Park Retail Precinct - The District Village - Masterplanning and Concept Design.  An integrated community food and beverage precinct as an amenity to a multi-stage, mixed-use development, which will comprise employment, residential, commercial office and retail uses, along with a range of new and enhanced community facilities and public parks.

369 Retailers - 126,007m2 Gross Lettable Area
Major redevelopment included a new Woolworths, an upgraded Big W and Myer, 10 new Mini Majors, over 100 Specialty retailers and a new dining, entertainment and leisure precinct.

 


2015: AMP PACIFIC FAIR

400 Retailers - 155,000m2 Gross Lettable Area
Major redevelopment included a new Coles and David Jones,, enlarged Target, upgraded cinemas, over 120 new specialty retailers and a resort new dining precinct with iconic roof and water features.

 


2015: WESTFIELD CHATSWOOD

80,000m2 Gross Lettable Area
Redevelopment included a pivotal change in food retailing – Asian hawker food hall with integrated graffiti art and landscaping features.

 


2014 - 2015: WESTFIELD USA WEST COAST ASSET REVIEW

Travel to USA periodically to review USA design team structure and assist directors with a full reviews of WESTFIELD VALLEY FAIR, Silicon Valley, WESTFIELD CENTURY CITY, Beverly Hills and WESTFIELD UTC, San Diego.

2009: CLAREMONT QUARTER, DEE WHY TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLANNING, KING SQUARE RETAIL MASTERPLNNING, BROOKFIELD MULTIPLEX

Completion in 2011, Claremont Quarter revitalised the town centre of Claremont, Perth WA.  130 Retailers including the first David Jones in Perth.  Concept Design and Masterplanning consultancy. for the integrated mall and outdoor village retail.
