Geoffreything.Studio had the opportunity to explore opportunities for a new ‘Entertainment Lifestyle Precinct’ for Stockland at Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre. Masterplanning and creative for four new precincts focussing on place making for a centre where the local surf town community continues to grow its creative arts culture alongside its love for the surf and the outdoors. The precincts ranged from Markets to Boutique Lifestyle Creative Arts Hubs where ‘Cut from the same Cloth’ concepts connect the locals to their beachside roots. Geoffreything.Studio incorporates Retail Strategy, Place Making and Masterplanning and Design in a ‘one stop shop business solution consultancy’. Often using animation tools to very quickly convey the look and feel and the essence of a vision within a few weeks into a design process.
